QC-CALC® is a fully automatic Statistical Process Control (SPC) program that collects, analyzes, and reports inspection data from your QVS retrofit.

With QC-CALC, database creation, collection, and display are automatic. The interface works seamlessly without user input. QC-CALC offers "real-time" plotting functions, statistical charts, and custom reporting, including whisker plots; scatter plots; live calculations of CpK, CP, and Avg; real time statistical reports; and rate graphs that show parts per hour. QC-CALC is extremely versatile, and can be used to output many versions of control charts and process charts.
